Whether you are a tenant, resident or investor, Colin and Joy Gray, our on-site property managers, will make living at Spire easy. Our team specialises only in properties at Spire, meaning you will deal with a property manager who is always nearby. As an added bonus Joy is also fluent in Chinese.
From rental enquiries to building management and caretaking, Colin & Joy will provide a warm welcome and be on hand to provide a professional and personal service to all Spire residents.
